If you use Eye Rehab for home practice and are looking for a clinician to contact, the directory gives you a place to start that search.

What you’ll find

The initial directory focuses on vestibular therapy, with additional physical therapy and neurological rehabilitation listings. It includes clinics in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and other countries.

Each listing shows the clinic name and available location and specialty information. Many also include a website and a short description, so you can learn about the clinic before reaching out.

These are curated directory listings. A listing does not mean the clinic has joined Eye Rehab, is accepting new patients, or has appointments available. Check directly with the clinic about its services, availability, fees, and any referral requirements.

How to find a clinic

1. Open Settings in Eye Rehab. Choose Connect a clinician, then Find a specialist. Depending on your app version, you may see the directory labeled Find a Provider.
2. Enter a clinic name or city in the search bar, or browse the list.
3. Narrow the results with a specialty filter, such as Vestibular Therapy, PT for physical therapy, or Neuro.
4. Review the listing and visit the clinic’s website when one is provided.

Coverage varies by location and specialty. If a search returns no results, try a nearby city or remove a specialty filter. If the app is filtering by your location, clear that filter to browse more broadly.

If your app already has the directory screen open, go back and reopen it to load the new listings.

When you’re ready to connect

Use Connect when you want to send a request to a listed provider. The app guides you through the account and confirmation steps and may ask you to add a phone number.

For a curated clinic listing, the request email includes your first name and a summary of your Eye Rehab exercise activity and recorded symptom trends. That summary is included in the initial request, so send it only to a clinic you want to share that information with. Browsing listings alone does not send a request.

Request sent means your request has been recorded. It does not confirm that the clinic has replied, accepted you as a patient, or booked an appointment. The clinic still needs to respond and discuss the next steps with you.
